Leadership hires and promotions

- Stephen Can joins as Director of Strategy. He previously served as an executive and founding leader at Blackstone Strategic Partners, bringing deep experience in private markets.
- Peter Song has been appointed Director of Operations, also coming from Blackstone Strategic Partners, where he held senior roles.
- Chris Cooper becomes Director of Finance. He brings extensive global experience, having served in finance leadership roles at Sequoia, SoftBank, and Clearlake Capital.
- Paige Shiring has been promoted to Director after previously working at Thoma Bravo.
In addition to these leadership changes, SheltonAI has added a new analyst class in New York for 2026 and more than ten professionals to its energy team, signaling increased investment in sector-specific expertise.
Global expansion across key regions
