
Norwalk, Conn. — Xerox Holdings Corporation today announced the launch of the Xerox® IJP900 Inkjet Press, marking the company’s return to the fast-growing mid-volume inkjet segment. Designed to deliver powerful performance at an accessible cost, the IJP900 enables print service providers and in-plant operators to expand into profitable applications such as transactional printing and direct mail while lowering costs and improving efficiency.
Fully integrated into the Xerox production print ecosystem, the IJP900 combines Xerox® FreeFlow® workflow automation, XMPie® personalized communications, and AI-assisted workflow solutions with production analytics. The result is accelerated job preparation, streamlined repetitive tasks, and real-time operational insights that reduce costs and boost productivity.

Key features of the Xerox IJP900 include:
- Performance: Powered by the Xerox EX IJP900 Print Server with Fiery® technology, delivering consistent color accuracy and optimized workflows.
- High-Speed Output: Prints up to 150 ppm (A4) / 146 ppm (Letter), supporting monthly volumes from 250,000 to 1 million impressions.
- Business-Quality Color: 600 x 600 dpi resolution (up to 600 x 1200 dpi), with stable color and precise registration using water-based pigment inks.
- Operational Efficiency: Automated printhead cleaning, built-in dust removal, duplex printing up to 360 gsm, with no special infrastructure needed.
- Media Flexibility: Supports substrates from 52–360 gsm, including plain, coated, inkjet-treated, and oversized sheets up to 48 inches, plus multiple finishing options such as booklet-making and hole-punching.
The Xerox IJP900 will debut at PRINTING United Expo, October 22–24, 2025, in Orlando, Florida (booth #4521), where attendees can see live demonstrations and experience how the press integrates into Xerox’s complete Production Ecosystem.
