Several global and regional service providers emerged as leaders across multiple categories. Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, HCLTech, Infosys, LTIMindtree, TCS, Version 1, and Wipro were recognized as Leaders in all three quadrants, demonstrating broad capabilities across Oracle cloud services.

Deloitte, DSP, Fujitsu, PwC, and Tech Mahindra were named Leaders in two quadrants, while IBM was recognized as a Leader in one quadrant. These rankings reflect the growing competition among service providers to establish themselves as strategic partners in Oracle-driven digital transformation.

In addition to established leaders, the report highlights emerging players within the Oracle ecosystem. Reply was recognized as a Rising Star in two quadrants, reflecting its promising portfolio and future potential.
